Khan Robes is the Khan family wizard-wear shop located on the South of Mahgoohah Square.
Khan Robes is a lush combination of both the urban modernity and rural tradition aesthetics of India. A deep steely gray exterior belies the colorful clothing within. The shop floor has high vaulted ceilings, with the first and second floor open to view through the middle, and large panes of glass looking into the square.
There are lush colorful fabrics draped everywhere, and in the summertime they float on the breeze when Mr. Khan opens the building up for air.
Private changing rooms hide quietly in the back behind a tall thick curtain behind the registers, and are situated around a central area with several tall mirrors and large poufs to relax. It feels more of a lounge than a fitting room, and looks a far cry from the urban front with its stucco and exposed wood beams. Mr. Khan is all too happy to lend his precision and well-educated hand to exact fittings, as well.
Stop by for robes, traditional cultural clothing, formal and casual wear, and more.
